Countdown to 10,000

I’m almost to 10,000 views!

I have had this site up and running for about a year and a half and i’m close to hitting 10,000 views thanks to my family, friends, random people who stumble upon my site and all you people who are actually looking for Kris Aquino.

10,000 views isn’t really much to brag about in the internet world seeing as I have over 108,000 views on YouTube, but for a pointless and without a focus blog…i’ll take it!

Thanks for all the views and maybe someday i’ll start posting interesting stuff!

My blog is powered by the Standard Theme and it’s been a great theme to work with.

My Top 5 iPhone Puzzle Games

I thought I’d do a Top 5 list of my favorite iPhone games, past and present.  Just keep in mind that I don’t have the time or money to download and play every game for the iPhone so these are just games that I have played.

Boxed In

Boxed In is a puzzle game in which you use your finger to control a little robot through each stage. The robot must move boxes and make paths to navigate throughout the stages.   Continue Reading…

Dropbox

I’ve decided to write a post about the famous online utility called Dropbox because it’s great and everyone should try it out.  If you haven’t heard of Dropbox then you’ve probably been living under a rock for the past year or you don’t own a computer, iPhone or iPad… aka, you’ve been under a rock for the past year.

In a few words, Dropbox is an online jump drive.  Dropbox lets you transfer and backup files via the internet and you can easily transfer files from your desktop to your iPhone or iPad or even transfer files to a friend via a shared folder.  Now, lets say you forgot your iPhone and iPad and are at the local library and need to access a file from your Dropbox.  You can!  Just visit Dropbox.com on a library computer and you can access any files from your personal Dropbox.

And the best thing… It’s FREE!

Once you sign up for Dropbox you receive 2GB of storage for free but you can buy an extra 50GB of storage space for $99 a year or 100GB of space for $199 a year.  You might think is a little steep but if you are into backing up important files (which you should be) then $99 is nothing when your computer crashes and you lose everything.  You even receive an extra 250MB of space (up to 8GB) every time you refer someone to Dropbox. They get an extra 250MB as well.

Here is what Dropbox looks like,

Now, sign up for Dropbox via this link and receive an extra 250MB of space! (as will I!)

(Dropbox is available on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry)

Monster Amount of Irony

This summer when working camps, I would drink lots of Monster Energy drinks to keep me awake and alert.  At one camp a speaker pointed out to me the irony of the Monster Energy drink just to be funny.  I found it rather interesting so I made an info graph so to speak.  Let me know your thoughts on the Monster irony in the comment section.
