I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of West Georgia and currently serve as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Sage Growth Partners, where I have the privilege of overseeing a wide range of digital marketing responsibilities that drive our clients' success.

Sage Growth Partners, Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

In my current role as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at a prominent marketing strategy consultancy specializing in the healthcare technology industry, I am responsible for a wide range of digital marketing responsibilities that drive our clients' success.

One of my primary responsibilities is strategic planning and digital campaign management. Leveraging various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, I optimize brand awareness and engagement for our clients. Through a combination of data-driven insights and continuous optimization, I ensure the highest level of performance and conversion rates, maximizing our clients' return on investment.

Philips, Digital Integration Lead

May 2021 - May, 2023

Managed the integration of all digital assets and activities including but not limited to philips.com, marketing automation platform (i.e., email, web forms, lead processes with CRM lead), social media, and any paid media (i.e., SEA, paid social campaigns, display advertising) for M&A. As the Digital Integration Lead, I worked closely with other digital marketers and marketing stakeholders to deliver a seamless digital integration into the Philips ecosystem. I managed the digital integration timeline, list of deliverables, and provided regular updates to stakeholders. I also collaborated with external vendors to ensure that all digital projects and assets were integrated into the Philips ways of working in a timely manner. As the Digital Integration Lead, I played a supportive role in ensuring the success of all existing and planned digital marketing campaigns throughout the integration period, utilizing available digital resources within the Philips organization.

Philips, Digital Lead

January 2018 - May 2021

Plans and executes all digital campaigns across the Population Health Management organization. Designs, implements and launches marketing automation campaigns via Pardot, engaging with over 100k prospects. Responsible for ongoing nurture campaigns engaging with CXOs, various org types and by need. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and advertising and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Responsible for a $1M+ digital advertising budget leading to the highest lead generator for the PHM business group. Consults with various groups within Philips to optimize digital campaigns and develop new ways of working to increase efficiency.

Identifies trends and insights, and then optimizes spend and performance based on those insights. Manages social strategy and social advertising for the PHM business group. Collaborates with agencies and other third-party vendors. Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Philips Wellcentive, Senior Manager, Digital & Design

Plans and executes all web SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, and social media campaigns across the organization. Responsible for digital integration plan following acquisition by Philips resulting in one of the quickest integrations of all digital assets in any prior Philips acquisition. Manages branding and design for the Philips Wellcentive brand. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights, and then optimizes spend and performance based on those insights. Designs, builds and maintains the social media presence. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages, forms and marketing emails to optimize user experience. Collaborates with agencies and other third-party vendors. Greenway Health, Marketplace & Web Strategist

January 2012 - April 2015

Managed a $1M website redesign working with several stakeholders within Greenway as well as a web design firm launching the website without any delay. Working with the Greenway Health business development team, launched a brand new Greenway Marketplace (“app store”) for all Greenway partners. Responsible for the long-term planning and on-going programs for the main corporate site as well as other company sites and online portals. Ensured the website content was up-to-date, complete and accurate. Monitored all website traffic using Google Analytics and prepared those analytics reports to help guide marketing decisions based on the best-performing strategies. Created and designed various graphical elements for web and print while maintaining the brand.

Atlanta Police Citizens Academy | 2015

The Atlanta Citizens Police Academy includes twenty-plus hours of skilled and professional instruction delivered in three-hour sessions.  

Classes topics may include: Department Overview, Crime Lab procedures,  911 operations, Internal Affairs, Identity Theft, Use of Force, Active Shooter, SWAT visit, homicide investigations and more.
